CareHub Health Assistant ("the App") is developed by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

2. Data Storage / 数据存储

The App stores your data locally on your device using encrypted storage (SQLCipher). The following data is stored locally:

• Personal profile information (name, health basics) / 个人档案信息（姓名、健康基础信息）

We do not have access to your locally stored data.

3. Data Transmitted to Third Parties / 传输给第三方的数据

When you use the AI chat feature, your conversation messages are sent to a third-party AI service (Google Gemini) through our secure gateway for processing. This is necessary to generate AI responses.

当您使用 AI 聊天功能时，您的对话消息会通过我们的安全网关发送到第三方 AI 服务（Google Gemini）进行处理。这是生成 AI 回复所必需的。

• Only the conversation content is transmitted; your locally stored health records and medication data are not sent unless you include them in your messages. / 仅传输对话内容；您本地存储的健康记录和用药数据不会被发送，除非您在消息中主动包含这些信息。

• We do not store your conversations on our servers / 我们不会在服务器上存储您的对话

5. Data Security / 数据安全

We take the following measures to protect your data:

• Local database encryption using SQLCipher / 使用 SQLCipher 进行本地数据库加密
• HTTPS encryption for all network communications / 所有网络通信使用 HTTPS 加密
• API keys are stored server-side; the App does not contain any API credentials / API 密钥存储在服务端，应用不包含任何 API 凭证

6. Data Deletion / 数据删除

You can delete your data at any time:

• Clear conversation history from Settings / 在设置中清除对话历史
• Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data / 卸载应用以删除所有本地存储的数据

7. Children's Privacy / 儿童隐私

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

The App is a health management tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
