By downloading, installing, or using CareHub Health Assistant ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is a personal health management tool that helps you:

THE APP IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.

本应用不是医疗设备，不提供医疗建议。

• The App is intended for informational and organizational purposes only. / 本应用仅用于信息管理和组织目的。
• AI responses are generated by third-party language models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. / AI 回复由第三方语言模型生成，可能不准确或不完整。
• Do not rely on the App for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional. / 不要依赖本应用做出医疗决定。请始终咨询合格的医疗保健专业人员。
• In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately. / 遇到医疗紧急情况，请立即拨打当地急救电话。

4. User Responsibilities / 用户责任

The App and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

6. Limitation of Liability / 责任限制

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Inaccurate AI responses / AI 回复不准确

7. Third-Party Services / 第三方服务

The App uses third-party AI services (Google Gemini) for conversation processing. These services are subject to their own terms and conditions. The developer is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

8. Termination / 终止

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. All locally stored data will be deleted upon uninstallation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
